Selling Special Unused Weapons or Weapon Parts

Sell eligible special weapons, such as certain Syndicate, Prisma, Wraith or Vandal items, when they are unused or as tradeable parts.

• The item must be tradeable.
• Fully built special weapons often must be completely unused/unranked/no affinity/no Forma/no Catalyst.
• Some weapons trade as parts instead.

1. 1Acquire the weapon from its source.
2. 2If it is a weapon that must remain unused, do not equip it, level it, add a Catalyst, Forma it, or gain affinity on it.
3. 3For part-based weapons, collect all parts and keep them separate.

2. 2Clearly state UNUSED/UNRANKED when relevant.
3. 3In trade, confirm that the game allows it to be selected.

• Collectors and Mastery hunters buy these.
• Baro and event availability strongly affects prices.

• Touching the weapon and making it untradeable;
• assuming every special weapon is tradeable;
• not checking MR locks;
• selling right after a supply event.
